Deep discussion with Emerson
Hard day work...and found a reply email from Emerson, an American who frequently exchange email with me on politic and morals.
His email did raised an interesting point on how technologies changes the way Government deal with its citizen. Probably you will think...what the hell has government got to deal with technology...well...his thought and mine were pretty much close. I pen my thought in response to his provocating thoughts...

Hi Robert,
Hee....his article was pretty refreshing to say and his holistic perspective to Asian phenomenon gave rise to our questioning is our government really that capable?
As you aware, since we were neighbour and what happening behind Singapore's backyard is pretty audible over ya side as well. Since our gov has been touting how great they were, i began to raise doubts on is the fabric of a nation is driven by people or government. My opinions are government is necessary to provide a stable foundation and work in the interest of their citizen and probably i was getting too idealist likes Che Cheuvera. His world was ideal and driven to bring the goodness of the lesser being. I believed in irregardless of color, we all have our ideal and driving force. The only difference is survival or ideal come 1st...
Interesting point that you had raised, indeed technology prompts government to change, that was correct one in almost every aspects which i agreed very much...remembered the industralisation age when we use steam power machinery to create and mass produce goods?
Despite it had given us material goods and was'nt available in mass, till Ford Henry drafted his "manufacturing" doctrine that created so many standards we seen in modern age as fine art of manufacturing which later copied and refined by the Japanese and there came Toyota' way...(i did not read the book)
These later gave rise to capitalism whose main aim is to exploit every means to made more profit until its has fully exhausted and move on to the next objectives. Who want to be poor government anyway, thus gave rise to politician fighting for the control of mother's resource...OIL. Only the one that control oil will eventual control the world....because modern world do not function without machinery The machines in facts were tools to us to create were eventually became a pit hole for mankind to be enslaved as we gradually grew to satisfy our material greed. (I notorious ...as well :P) Government acting as facilitator to promote greed by creating dream home and dream family in everyone's mind....This drive society to greater greed in handling the government the mandates to use technologies to manipulate our life.
For all the dirty deeds mankind did to mother planet, i sometime do not shred tears for those perished under the natural forces. As it seen karma has it's way of finding those who were due...
